An invasive type electrode according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a frame part accommodating a specific device; at least one electrode consisting of a sharp-shaped end and connected to one end of the frame part in a vertical direction; and an electrode rigidity improvement coating layer formed in at least one electrode surface. Therefore, as the electrode rigidity improvement coating layer formed on the surface of the invasion type electrode is decomposed and dissolved and transformed into a soft electrode after the invasion type electrode is transplanted to the organism, the present invention minimizes the minute movement due to inertia and reduces a difference between the strengths of a biological tissue and a soft electrode, thereby reducing damage of the electrode and biological tissue.
