FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention concerns a method for preparing antithymus globulin for intravenous administration, involving immunising animals with human thymus cells, depleting the prepared immune plasma by processing with human AB(IV) plasma, performing the 3-staged plasma protein fractionation with polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG-6000), removing the non-lymphoid antigen antibodies from the fractionated mixture by successive double treatment with mixture of washed donor erythrocytes and single treatment with thrombocyte concentrate of four blood types, purifying an end product by PEG-6000 deposition, dissolving the prepared immunoglobulins in a physiologic solution, adding glycine, and performing clarification and sterilisation filtration.EFFECT: improving the end product quality ensured by the maximum reduction of the impurities of non-lymphoid blood elements, simplifying the technology ensured by eliminating a cycle of additional centrifugation.3 cl, 3 ex |
