The present invention provides a non-slip and noiseless floor finishing material for a floor of a factory and a parking lot, comprising: (1) a step of manufacturing an unsaturated polyacrylate (resin C) from an unsaturated polyester resin (resin A) and a thermosetting acryl resin (resin B); (2) a step of manufacturing a floor raw material resin (resin D) by adding a filler to resin C; (3) a step of manufacturing a curing agent mixture by mixing an amine-based curing agent and a peroxide-based curing agent; and (4) a step of mixing and coating the floor raw material (resin D). The eco-friendly finishing material for a floor of a factory and a parking lot according to the present invention has the advantage of having excellent water resistance, chemical resistance, mechanical properties, non-slip properties, and noise prevention properties; being suitable for the floor of a factory and a parking lot bearing heavy load, such as heavy equipment due to fast drying, excellent adhesion, and a durable coated floor; and controlling the hardening time according to weather or temperature. |
