The present invention relates to a technology for warning a driver on a lane departure by automatically recognizing the lane departure of a vehicle running on a road. The present invention comprises: a lane recognizing unit recognizing a lane based on image information on the front side of the vehicle; a lane departure determining unit determining whether or not the vehicle departs the recognized lane; a departure message generating unit making a message for forming the detected lane departure; and a departure warning control unit warning and sending the message on the lane departure to vehicles around the driver`s vehicle through V2V communications when the driver`s vehicle is determined to depart the lane by the departure determining unit.
