METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING EMBOSSED MOLD

In the present invention, disclosed is an embossed mold forming method which is improved from a method of machining a blade on an embossed mold. The embossed mold machining method comprises the steps of forming a machined protrusion by etching a mold substrate; roughly grinding the side wall of the machined protrusion; grinding the upper part of the roughly ground protrusion to a predetermined thickness; semifinishing the side wall of the machined protrusion; and forming a blade by finishing the side wall of the machined protrusion. Therefore, because the upper part of the roughly grinded protrusion is cut and semifinished, the embossed mold machining method can restrain generation of burr during semifinishing, thereby keeping sharpness of the edge of the blade.
