An electrode array for stimulating and recording a nerve includes an insulation layer, multiple electrodes, a conduction part, a first cover part, and a second cover part. The electrodes are formed to be mutually separated on the insulation layer and deliver an electrical signal. The conduction part is formed on the insulation layer and electrically connects the electrodes. The first cover part covers the lower part of the insulation layer and the second cover part covers the upper part of the insulation layer by being connected with the first cover part and exposes the electrodes. The insulation layer has different widths in an area forming the electrodes and an area forming the conduction part and, especially, the width of the area forming the conduction part may be narrower than the width of the area forming the electrodes. Thereby, flexibility can be obtained in the tangential direction of the electrode array. |
