摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a finish material representing excellent optical design, which includes the following steps: piercing a plurality of through holes into a raw material: locating an optical fiber on each through hole in such a manner as to allow one end of the optical fiber to protrude from the through hole; evenly grinding the surface of the raw material; and colliding strike particles against the grinded surface of the raw material to form concave and convex portions on the surface while one end of the optical fiber protrudes over the concave and convex portions. Further, the present invention relates to a finish material representing excellent optical design wherein after one end of each of the optical fibers inserted into the through holes is exposed from the surface, the surface is grinded flatly, and the strike particles collide against the surface to allow one end of each optical fiber and the concave and convex portions to be roughly surface-treated, so that one end of each optical fiber and the concave and convex portion around the optical fiber protrude over any other concave and convex portions except the optical fiber and one end of each optical fiber protrudes over the concave and convex portion around the optical fiber. According to the present invention, the finish material can be rapidly and effectively made through simple processes. Further, the finish material has an improved light emission effect of the optical fibers, thus effectively transmitting the design to be represented to an observer. Furthermore, in a case where the finish material is applied to a floor material, the design can be represented and the slip prevention can be ensured.
