<p>The part has insulating walls (124,126) provided with a set of points (P1, P2) arranged nearest to the electrical conductors and extending remotely from one of electrical conductors composed of an electric conducting roof (102) and an armature (106). Another set of points (P'1, P' 2) are separated along the insulating walls by a predetermined distance greater than or equal to 400 mm. Undulations (136, 138) are provided between the two sets of points. The insulating walls are utilized for covering the electrical conductors.
