The device has an upper plate (1) and a lower plate (2) that slide against each other. A scale (3) is fixed under the upper plate on a turntable (4) that swivels around its central axis for directing feet of the scale at various angles. A pin (5) is allowed to block the turntable, and a set of holes of different thickness is bored in the turntable. A crutch part (6) is utilized for reinforcing stability of the device, where the crutch part is adjustable in height.
