The machine has a high pressure pumping unit for pumping a fluid into a fluid storage reservoir (4), and an ejection unit (7) for ejecting the pumped fluid towards a rail. A suction mouth (73) and a fluid ejection outlet (61) are placed in a foot of a frame that is defined by circulation wheels (2). The reservoir is divided into a clean fluid chamber (41) and a recycled fluid chamber (42) that is connected with a collection tank (8) by a communication circuit. The circuit comprises a transfer pumping unit for transferring contents from the tank in the recycled chamber, and a filtration unit.
