FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: sharpening-and-finishing apparatus includes a sharpening element and a holder to press a part in the form of a knife or a comb to be sharpened to the sharpening element. The apparatus is equipped with an electrical control system with a position control sensor of the part to be sharpened relative to the belt, a sensor of pressure force of the part to the belt and a temperature sensor in the contact zone of the part with the belt. In order to perform finishing of combs, the apparatus is equipped with a rheostat switch of number of motor revolutions; with that, the sharpening element is made in the form of an endless belt. The holder has the possibility of controlling pressure force of the part to be sharpened to the belt surface owing to changing the spring compression degree and with supply of cooling liquid to the contact zone of the part with the belt.EFFECT: improving sharpening quality.2 dwg
