The assembly has a dynamic adjustment unit for adjusting a radial position of ring sectors by the injection of controlled air to a bump (34) that radially and outwardly projects relative to an annular wall (24) of a casing (22) through an air injection annular tubular pipe. The pipe comprises a set of openings (36) through which the air is injected in a direction of a wall (34a) of the bump. The bump wall comprises a raised portion (40) located at each opening of the pipe to improve heat exchange between the injected air and the bump wall.
