Disclosed are a location-based service server and a system including the same. The location-based service system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a traveler terminal which transmits self-location information; and a travel service server which receives the location information of the traveler terminal and transmits at least one of mission information of a mission corresponding to the location information of the traveler terminal and event information of a travel spot event to the traveler terminal.
