METHOD FOR CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION OF BIODEGRADABLE ALIPHATIC/AROMATIC POLYESTER COPOLYMER

Provided is a method for the continuous production of biodegradable aliphatic/aromatic polyester copolymer, the method comprising the steps of: making an aliphatic dihydroxy compound and an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid react at 185°C or lower in a primary ester reaction; continuously making the product obtained from the previous step react in a secondary ester reaction; making the product obtain from the previous step react in a continuous primary polycondensation reaction and obtaining a preliminary polymer; making the preliminary polymer react in a continuous secondary polycondensation reaction and obtaining a secondary polycondensation product having a melting index (MI) of 15-25 g/10min; and making the product obtained from the previous step react in a continuous tertiary polycondensation reaction. The biodegradable aliphatic/aromatic polyester copolymer is produced by adding an aromatic dicarboxylic acid in the step for the first ester reaction or in the step for the continuous second ester reaction.
