The present invention relates to a sauce for an eel topped rice comprising 24.58 wt% of starch syrup, 11.76 wt% of seasoning liquor, 3.88 wt% of acetyl adipic acid starch, 1.32 wt% of flavor enhancers, 2.85 wt% of refined sugar, 13.68 wt% of water, 40.88 wt% of soy sauce, 0.98 wt% of caramel pigments, and 0.07 wt% of succinic acid soda. Accordingly, the present invention improves user satisfaction since an eel topped rice can be easily cooked at home by using the sauce for eel topped rice. |
