摘要 The present invention relates to a ramen using noodles containing a pheasant extract and a preparing method thereof. The present invention provides a ramen comprising: noodles in which, based on 100 wt% of the total noodle, 55 to 65 wt% of rice powder, 17 to 23 wt% of white powder, and 17 to 23 wt% of starch are mixed; a seasoning soup consisting of, based on 100 wt% of the total seasoning soup, 35 to 45 wt% of opossum shrimp powder, 15 to 25 wt% of anchovy powder, 7 to 13 wt% of kelp powder, 7 to 13 wt% of short necked cram powder, 3 to 7 wt% of roasted soybean powder, 3 to 7 wt% of perilla powder, and 7 to 13 wt% of pheasant meat powder; and a solid soup consisting of peppers, radishes, cabbage, green onion, garlic, mushrooms, paprika, and leek, and a preparing method thereof.
