Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for controlling a car sharing. The car sharing controlling apparatus includes: an information confirming unit which extracts user identification information of a user from a plug event message which is generated by a plug event if the plug event is generated; and a processor which acquires location information of a charging stand in which the plug event is generated, determines a vehicle driving state about the user identification information in the acquired location information, and records the vehicle driving state in a vehicle list. |
