A front rod (8) is articulated in rotation around another pivot connection (P4) on a rear portion of the base. The connections are distinct and distant from one another to create displacement of the seat back rearward when the seat back is simultaneously turned toward a retracted position through transmission of rearwards movement of a rear rod (10) through a connection component to the swing of the seat back in a nominal position toward the retracted position.
