According to the present invention, a flexible organic light emitting display device improves a color shift on a black screen by replacing a barrier film used in a face seal with a retardation film formed by combining a 1/2 wavelength plate with a 1/4 wavelength plate at a preset angle. The flexible organic light emitting display device includes: a display panel which outputs an image; a retardation film formed on the upper side of the display panel to surround the display panel and is formed by laminating the 1/2 wavelength plate and the 1/4 wavelength plate; and a polarizing plate attached to the retardation film.
