PURPOSE: A method for providing a bank saving product which applies variable interest rate based on the client participation and a bank server which provides the bank saving product are provided to help a client directly select a prediction scenario which is set up for a future economic condition by applying the bank saving product and to give an additional interest rate to the client according to a match status of the prediction scenario and a future real economic condition. CONSTITUTION: An account opening unit (110) sets up prediction scenarios for the prediction of a future economic condition based on a saving account establishment request of a client. A client prediction information collector (120) collects prediction information for a prediction scenario which is selected by the client among the prediction scenarios. A variable interest determination unit (130) determines an additional interest rate for a saving account of the client based on a comparison result of a future real economic condition and the prediction information of the client. A savings account management unit (140) provides the interest in which a basis interest rate and the additional interest rate are applied with the principal to the client after the saving period expiration of a saving product.
