FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: mechanism is moved along the pipeline, by means of which a solution in the form of longitudinal strips is applied onto inner surface of the pipeline. A cover is rolled on the strips and left in the pipeline till solidification of the solution. After that, the cover is rolled out of the pipeline. The solution application mechanism and the cover is moved along the pipeline at different speeds. A device for coating of the inner surface of the pipeline includes solution and fluid agent supply systems, a solution application mechanism, chambers with a drive reversible pulley, on which the cover is wound. The cover end is unbent and fixed along the chamber perimeter. The solution application mechanism is made of two cuffs. Each cuff is made of hubs with elastic and flexible petals, which are installed on the shaft. The cover end is fixed on a cable that passes through cuffs and its end is fixed on reversible drive pulleys. Devices controlling the cable drawing force through holes made in cuff shafts are installed on the cable.EFFECT: wider range of hardware.3 cl, 2 dwg |
