The present invention relates to an intake noise reducing apparatus for a vehicle, wherein the intake noise reducing apparatus is capable of minimizing intake noise and is capable of improving the degree of freedom on the design of an intake path. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the intake noise reducing apparatus for a vehicle is capable of reducing noise due to the turbulent flow of exhaust gas, which is mixed with intake air after passing through a recirculation device and a recirculation valve, and may comprise: a valve boss having the recirculation valve mounted on one side thereof, and having the recirculation device coupled to the other side thereof; a recirculation path formed in the valve boss so that the exhaust gas passing through the recirculation device can be transferred to the recirculation valve; the intake path formed in the valve boss so that the exhaust gas passing through the recirculation valve can be mixed with the intake air; and a screen interposed between the recirculation valve and the intake path, and allowing the exhaust gas, which is transferred to the intake path, to have a laminar flow.
