The device comprises support (10) and hooking units (21, 22, 23, 24) distributed on the support, where each hooking unit comprises first and second engaging portions. The support comprises first and second planar support members (11, 12, 13, 14) each having coupling portions such that the first and second parts and corresponding attachment come opposite to one another to constitute a complete hook unit when the support members are assembled.
