FIELD: biotechnologies.SUBSTANCE: invention proposes an inoculation loop for cultivation of microorganisms. Bacteriological loop includes a handle on one side and a detachable working element on the other side. The working element represents a metal rod with an eyehole on its end. The working element near a coupling is equipped with metal limiters located perpendicular to the working element. Metal guides are fixed on ends of metal limiters.
