The box (1) has an intermediate piece (4) comprising an opening (5), and detachably arranged on the box by a retaining unit (6), so that a terminal box inner space is accessible from outside the box by the opening of the intermediate piece. The intermediate piece comprises a screw thread (5a) in order to fasten a cable (7) to the piece, so that the cable is guided through the opening. The piece forms a part of a terminal box surface, and is realized as a plug-in board, which is moved parallel to the surface. An independent claim is also included for a method for connecting a cable to a terminal box. |
