PURPOSE: A power distributing apparatus of both directions relay system and a power distributing method thereof are provided to properly distribute the transmission power of a terminal and a transmission power of a relay, thereby increasing the sum of the transmission amount. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting and receiving unit (110) receives the channel coefficient between a first terminal, a second terminal, and a relay or the transmission amount from the first terminal, the second terminal, or the relay. A calculation unit (130) calculates the partial sum of the transmission amount. The calculation unit uses the partial sum to calculate the optimal power distribution coefficient candidates. A comparison unit (140) compares the channel coefficients. The comparison unit compares the optimal power distribution coefficient candidates. A decision unit (150) decides the optimal power distribution coefficient which maximizes the sum of the transmission amount.
