A method for forming a coating layer including a carbon nanotube in metal material by the present invention comprises the steps of: a chemical functionalizing step of the carbon nanotube for forming a functionalized carbon nanotube by introducing an oxygen-containing functional group to the carbon nanotube; an electrolyte manufacturing step for manufacturing an electrolyte wherein the functionalized carbon nanotube formed in the chemical functionalization step of the carbon nanotube is added; a coating step for performing an plasma inducing coating by setting parent metal as both poles within the electrolyte. The present invention enhances dispersibility and mobility of the carbon nanotube using a carboxylic group-functionalized carbon nanotube, so as to produce effects that more carbon nanotubes are included in the oxidized coating layer in the plasma inducing coating process. Additionally, the metal material manufactured by the present invention has dark color of the coating layer by containing lots of carbon nanotubes within the oxidized coating layer, and thereby, having high emissivity characteristics. |
