The present invention relates to a ripening method of a skate and sliced raw skate prepared by the same whereby, in particular, taste unique to the skate is maintained; unfavorable odor generated during or after a ripening process of the skate is reduced; and the color of the skate becomes pink, resulting in an enhanced palatability. The ripening method of a skate includes the steps of: washing the skate; and ripening the skate after applying a powder composition in which yellow earth powder and charcoal powder are mixed to the skate. |
