METHOD OF SYNTHESIS OF GENE LIBRARY USING CODON RANDOMIZATION AND MUTAGENESIS

Disclosed is a method for easily finding errors when analyzing various library sequences of nucleic acid base sequences after synthesizing a gene library by using a combination of three nucleic acid base sequences (codons) translated into a same protein. A gene library can be produced which has the same protein sequence but different nucleic acid base sequences. Provided is a new experimental method for measuring the correlation of gene expression according to a change in codons by changing the use of codons that are optimized in order to express a particular gene in an organism. Moreover, a gene library, of which the protein sequences are also converted into partial similar protein sequences by means of the same technique, can be simultaneously synthesized and analyzed so that the influence of a change in partial protein sequences of the expressed gene on the function of the corresponding gene can be confirmed.
