The present invention relates to a liquid transfer apparatus, and the liquid transfer apparatus is characterized by comprising: a main board for forming a transfer path undergoing a hydrophilic treatment along the path with which the liquid is to be transferred; an auxiliary board forming a transfer guide unit undergoing a hydrophilic treatment along a fixed path on a surface opposed to the main board on which the transfer path is formed; and a driving unit for moving the main board and the auxiliary board such that the liquid on the main board can be transferred along the transfer path through relative movement between the transfer path and the transfer guide unit. Therefore, according to the present invention, provided is the liquid transfer apparatus capable of easily transferring or mixing a liquid using a difference in relative locations between the two opposing boards undergoing a hydrophilic treatment.
