The system has mechanisms for authentification and recognition of transactions associated with payments. Payment gateways are interconnected by a central module of a router, where mobile money heterogeneous solutions are interconnected via the payment gateways. A mobile money payment device is integrated in a form of an application programming interface (API) that performs electronic payment by a mobile money channel. The system is placed at a merchant API to receive mobile payments. A central infrastructure is integrated into an information system.
