The device has a tubular motor (1) equipped with a battery and control electronics, and a set of rings (8, 9, 11-13, 16) allowing transmission of rolling and deployment movements. A transmission tube (2) is connected to the motor by a drive bearing (7), and transmits energy of the motor on two sides of the device. Wheels (4) are connected to the transmission tube by a driving belt (5), and allow displacement to enable deployment of the cover. An axle (10) allows fixing of the device with a fixed support (3).
