<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a pressing force of a pressing unit necessary for pressing a tube.SOLUTION: A micropump includes: an elastic tube 10 a part of which is arranged into a circular arc shape; a cam 20 rotating around a central axis 21 located at a circular arc center of the circular arc shape of the tube 10; a plurality of pressing units 30 provided radially from a circular arc center direction of the circular arc shape of the tube 10; and a guide wall 40 having a circular arc shape along the circular arc shape of the tube 10, and putting the tube 10 between the guide wall 40 and the pressing units 30 to thereby close the tube 10 by pressure. The cam 20 sequentially presses one end of each pressing unit 30 by rotating, and the pressing units 30 sequentially pressed by the cam 20 sequentially press the tube 10 by the other end of each pressing unit 30, thereby repeatedly closing and opening the tube 10 and transporting a fluid in a rotational direction of the cam 20. The other end 32 in contact with the tube 10 has a protruding portion protruding in the same direction as an expanding direction of the circular arc shape of the guide wall 40.</p> |
