<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder container having a conveyance tube inserted thereto and discharging powder stored inside to the outside by the conveyance tube, configured to prevent scattering of powder which has been leaked when the conveyance tube is removed, and to provide an image forming apparatus including the powder container.SOLUTION: A toner bottle 32 to be mounted on a toner supply device 60 includes: a conveyance nozzle 611 with a nozzle opening 610 formed therein; a nozzle shutter 612; a nozzle sutter spring 613 for biasing the nozzle shutter 612; and a nozzle shutter flange part 612a which is in contact with an inner bottom of a tip opening 305 to move the nozzle shutter 612 to open the nozzle opening 610. A nozzle receiving port 331 is arranged at the inner bottom of the tip opening 305. When the toner bottle is mounted on the toner supply device 60, the nozzle shutter flange part 612a and the nozzle shutter spring 613 are housed in an internal space of the cylindrical tip opening 305.</p> |
