1. A pyrene-based compound represented by Formula 1 below: wherein in Formula 1: L1 and L2 are each independently selected from a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C10 cycloalkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C10 heterocycloalkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C10 cycloalkenylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C10 heterocycloalkenylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C60 arylene group, and a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C60 heteroarylene group; a is an integer from 1 to 3; b is an integer from 0 to 3; R1 and R2 are each independently selected from a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C10 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C10 heterocycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C10 cycloalkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C10 heterocycloalkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C60 aryl group, and a substituted or unsubstituted C2-C60 heteroaryl group; and R3 is an electron transporting group selected from a substituted or unsubstituted N-containing 5-membered ring group, a substituted or unsubstituted N-containing 6-membered ring group, a substituted or unsubstituted N-containing 5-membered ring that is fused with a 6-membered ring, and a substituted or unsubstituted N-containing 6-membered ring that is fused with a 6-membered ring.
