METHOD OF LAYERED AND GRADED DATA MATCHING AND RELAY PROTECTION SETTING VALUE FUSION FOR ELECTRICAL POWER SYSTEM

A method of layered and graded data matching and relay protection setting value fusion for electrical power system comprises: saving setting value information of a setting calculation and setting value management system in a relay protection setting value online check system; performing layered and graded data matching on data of a failure information system and online check data based on a power plant or station, a primary device, a protection apparatus, and a setting value item; and if matching succeeds, using a setting value in the failure information system as a setting value to check, and otherwise, using a setting value of the setting calculation and setting value management system as a setting value to check. The method interfaces a setting calculation and setting value management system and a failure information system to implement information fusing of a calculated setting value of the setting calculation and setting value management system and a practical running setting value of the failure information system, thereby forming a full network setting value to check that approaches the practical running condition of a power grid.
