The vitamin C-polyethylene glycol-vitamin B3 conjugate according to the present invention has improved dissolvability in organic catalysts and stability, is not toxic, and can be hydrolyzed in the body to release active vitamin C and vitamin B3, and thus can be effectively used in products such as anti-aging cosmetic compositions, pharmaceutical compositions, and functional health foods.
