Provided by an embodiment of the present invention are a pattern projecting method using a structured light way and a stereo vision apparatus using the same. The apparatus includes: a laser light source; an optical branching filter which receives the laser light source and radiates a light source which has the same characteristics as the laser light source into a plurality of light sources; and a plurality of diffusers which receive the light sources radiated from the optical branching filter and optically project a pattern.
