<p>A production line of a hollow profile comprises a board conveying line (1). The board conveying line (1) is provided with multiple bending areas (3, 4) and a sealing area (5) disposed in sequence along the conveying direction of the board conveying line (1). The sealing area (5) is formed by a sealing mould (51) and a sealing roller press device disposed in sequence along the conveying direction of the board conveying line. The front end of the sealing mould (51) is fixed in the air by using a support (53). The sealing roller press device is formed by an upper sealing roller (521) and a lower sealing roller (531). A passage (523) is formed between the upper sealing roller (521) and the lower sealing roller (531). At least part of the sealing mould is located in the passage (523). By continuously bending the profile, a hollow profile is formed from the profile, and sealing is automatically performed. A whole set of production line can reduce device investment cost and human resource cost, the length of a produced hollow profile is not limited, and specific shapes of the hollow profile can be easily realized by changing the upper roller and the lower roller of each rolling device.</p> |
