<p>A voltage generating circuit according to the present technology comprises: an oscillator which outputs a first periodic signal and a second periodic signal in response to a sensing signal; a periodic signal selecting unit which receives the first periodic signal and the second periodic signal and outputs either the first periodic signal or the second periodic signal as an additional periodic signal in response to a control signal enabled in the discharge operation of a global bit line; and a charge pumping unit which generates a power voltage by charging and pumping an input voltage in response to the first periodic signal and the additional periodic signal.</p> |
