Disclosed is a liposuction apparatus. The liposuction apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a cannula in which cut tissues introduced to the front side mov to the rear side, and having a coupling unit in the rear end thereof; a cylinder having a connection unit at the front end thereof and provided with an accommodation space inside thereof to the rear side of the connection unit; a piston slide-moving in the front and the rear directions inside the accommodation space; a connector enabling the coupling unit and the connection unit to be able to connect with each other; and a filter comparting the accommodation space by being formed in the front of the piston inside the accommodation space, and selectively penetrating material. According to the present invention, by allowing the filter, which comparts the accommodation space, to be formed inside the cylinder, fat decomposition solution, blood and tissue floating material can be separated from lipid tissues flowed into the inside of the accommodation space, thereby facilitating the obtainment of the fat tissue itself as well as enabling the separation process to occur inside the cylinder which is sealed, such that damages to the fat tissue can be minimized. |
