PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to use an appropriate application corresponding to a situation.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus comprises: in-use situation prediction means that predicts a user's situation in using an application with a communication terminal; content adjustment means that adjusts content of the application on the basis of the in-use situation predicted by the in-use situation prediction means and the user's current situation obtained from the communication terminal; and application distribution means that distributes the adjusted application obtained by the content adjustment means to the communication terminal.
