The present invention relates to a method of preparing palladium dendrites on carbon. based substrates. Palladium is an important catalyst that plays a role in variety of reactions involving electro-oxidation and reduction of oxygen. Palladium finds its industrial applications in the field fuel cells, organic synthesis, and hydrogen storage and sensing. Solid polymer electrolyte (SPE) reactors that are made of palladium catalysts are useful for various applications such as production of benzene, allyl alcohol, chloroalkali process such as sodium hydroxide, chlorine, and nitrate reduction in effluents, and hydrogenation of organic compounds such as triglycerides and the like. |
