The present invention relates to a building material based on gauged sand and elastic binder and comprising, for a plate of 50 cm width, 75 cm length and 1.5 cm thickness, the following components: From 5000 kg to 6500 kg gauged sand, from 200 gr to 360 gr silicone and from 0.4 l to 0.6 l turpentine. The invention also relates to a process for producing said material, comprising the following steps: mixing sand with the silicone mixture fluidised with and/or dissolved in turpentine, introducing the mixture into the mould for the desired shape and producing the desired consistency by vibrating and compacting the mould.</p> |
