PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-curable composition which causes no minute crack on surfaces after curing even when its composition is designed to form a comparatively soft rubber type elastic body having a low to middle modulus, rapidly exhibits effect of preventing staining over the surface halfway of curing after application at ordinary temperatures and moreover at low temperatures, and exhibits stain-proof performance over a long period of time after the curing.SOLUTION: There is provided a moisture-curable composition comprising: an isocyanate group-containing urethane prepolymer (A); a partially hydrolyzed condensate (C) of a silane compound (B) represented by a formula RSi-(OR)(in the formula, R represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms; Rrepresents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having one or more carbons; at least one of (OR) is an alkoxy group having two or more carbon atoms. When there are a plurality of R's and a plurality of (OR) 's, R and (OR) each may be the same or different; and m represents an integer from 1 to 4]; and an oxazolidine compound (D). |
