PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certain method of assembling each of instruments of different sizes for purposes of improving manufacturing efficiency.SOLUTION: In a family of a comparatively small-sized surgical clip applier, a medium-sized surgical clip applier, and a comparatively large-sized surgical clip applier, each of clip appliers 100 comprises: a drive channel 140 for regulating a stroke length; a pusher bar 160 for regulating the corresponding stroke length, a wedge plate 180 for regulating the corresponding stroke length; a movement doubling system which interconnects the drive channel and the pusher bar; and a movement inversion mechanism which interconnects the drive channel and the wedge plate. |
