PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination apparatus including a main light source and sub light sources, having illumination performance effects concerned with a spatially open feeling, a depth feeding, a bright feeling, etc., capable of achieving desired illuminance distribution, excellent in design, and having good luminous efficiency.SOLUTION: An illumination apparatus 1100 includes: a cylindrical housing 110 including a first light-emitting part 100 (a main light-emitting part); and a second light-emitting part 200 (a sub light-emitting part) supported by several support shafts 300 extended from a side face of the cylindrical housing 110 on positions of respective support shaft tip housings 210 and capable of emitting light with a light distribution characteristic different from that of the first light-emitting part 100. The second light-emitting part 200 has an annular shape supported on the tips of the support shafts 300. The second light-emitting part 200 uses LEDs as second light source parts and includes a light guide body 230. The light guide body 230, while propagating light from second light source parts arranged on the tips of the plurality of support shafts 300, applies the light to a space. |
