PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds being useful in inhibiting the activity of the receptor protein tyrosine kinase Axl and in treating diseases or conditions associated with Axl activity, and methods of using the compounds.SOLUTION: This invention relates to N-heteroaryl substituted triazoles and N-heteroaryl substituted triazoles, and pharmaceutical compositions containing a compound of formula (I), as described above, as an isolated stereoisomer or mixture thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
