<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an urethane-based pressure-sensitive adhesive agent having excellent reworkability, initial wettability and transparency, preferably further having excellent adhesive residue prevention, preferably further having a larger wetting rate, preferably further preventing appearance unevenness due to an orange peel surface, and also to provide an adhesive layer including the urethane-based pressure-sensitive adhesive agent, a surface protective film using the same, and an optical member and an electronic member with the surface protective film adhered thereon.SOLUTION: An urethane-based pressure-sensitive adhesive agent includes a polyurethane resin. The polyurethane resin is obtained by curing a composition including: a polyol (A); and a polyfunctional isocyanate compound (B). The polyol (A) includes a polyol (A1) having three OH groups and number average molecular weight Mn of 8000-20000.</p> |
