PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately perform telegram transmission when a non-urgent event that does not need to send urgently in a state of high possibility of fire reporting is detected and then the fire reporting occurs.SOLUTION: When an event occurs, a radio sensor repeats, twice or more, telegram transmission for continuously transmitting the same telegram signal over telegram transmission time T1 and telegram pause for pausing the telegram transmission over predetermined time T2. A receiving side performs intermittent reception so that receiving timing is included in at least one of two continuous telegram transmissions across the telegram pause. The radio sensor holds a non-urgent event A when the non-urgent event A other than fire reporting is detected during discrimination of a pre-alarm, performs telegram transmission B1 to B6 on the basis of the fire reporting when a fire reporting event B is determined subsequently, and then performs telegram transmission A1 to A6 on the basis of the non-urgent event A. |
